It is, as usual, a BS case. They should not cave. People just must stop caving to his extortions. It just leads to more of them. I wonder if anyone of the SC is ashamed by now of giving him immunity for whatever. A threshold question would be whether the BBC has actively sought to establish a presence in Florida and whether people in the state watched the documentary and felt deceived by it, legal experts said. These factors could be critical when a court considers whether it has jurisdiction over the case. The documentary was not broadcast in the U.S. but was available until recently on the BBC's online streaming platform. If a court concludes it does not have jurisdiction, the case could be quickly dismissed.
