Rick:

I was just sitting here thinking about Shirley, and wishing she were here
about now. It was times like this when things were really starting to
heat up and anticipation of some serious results unfolding were high.
These are the times when the most discussion is generated, and people are
coming up with all kinds of theories and scenarios. This is when Shirley
proved time and time again, the reasons she is refered to as "Queen Shirly"
Anyways, it would be nice if she was hear right now, to add her words of
wisdom by trying to help us figure this thing out. I think we are all in
agreement that something very big is just around the corner. What it is all
about has been the great debate, and Shirley was pretty good at winning the hearts
of others in these situations. One thing that I thought of when thinking about
Shirley, was a litlle work of Art that she had sent out to some of us
a number of monhs ago. Do any of you recall what I am talking about? The "Art of
the Play", involving the Arequipa documdents. For those of you who read it
and understood it, what I am going to say may make some sense. Don't you notice
that just recently (before a much anticipated price runup), we suddenly start to hear
a lot of talk, that Barrick could possibly walk out? This has been perceived by some
as having an initially poor impact on the share price. Maybe just what someone wants?
Secondly, we now get a news release put out saying that they are pulling
out of Leticia. Once again, this has been perceived by some as being negative, but
only initially. As I said before, maybe this is just what they wanted?
Is anyone starting to catch on to what I am trying to get at here? If not,
I would watch the share price real closely over the next few days, but please
remember that anything I have wrote here, are just my own thoughts and
opinions.

Good Luck
Don
,
is I guess what we all have been bantering about for the past few days.
