Value can you point me to where in the private placement it states that the company "can force Warrantholders to exercise the warrants". As I read, it between four months and a day and the current Expiry Date as defined, the company can, subject to the shares trading above a certain level, bring forward the Expiry Date to a date at least 30 days from the date of that acceleration. It is still surely entirely at the discretion of the warrantholder whether to exercise the warrant or not. All the acceleration clause does is force them to make an earlier decision to exercise otherwise the warrants would lapse.
