JohnD-No I agree that the stock is cheap. It has shown that it will move if the company can put together positive year over year quarterly earnings report. I believe book value is over $2 per share. The item that would concern me is if newt decided to take the company private. He could offer a nice low ball price for the remaining shares. I've seen it happen with RAKO-Rawson Koenig That's why I would love to see the company go on the acq. trail,and keep offering some stock in the deal, and dilute some of newt's control. JP
