Trump Outlines ‘Trumpcare’ Plan to Replace Obamacare slaynews.com "The president is proposing a system that would direct funding into personal accounts for Americans to purchase their own coverage." There will always be people who don't properly manage their funds, but we shouldn't base the whole system off of those people. Perhaps the tariff revenue could be used to create a national version of Alaska's Permanent Fund? The hoard at Ft. Knox was supposed to be something like that, but it appears that the idea of holding money to a permanent value has gone with the wind.
