Why did the court start the proceeding? I think it may be lawfare jihad against an Israeli company? If gauzy is current with suppliers etc where is the risk? Is it a way to trigger a broader default. I have less than zero confidence in any of these legal authorities less than zero

Has zero effect on architecture and automotive pending and future sales.

REFR is not only fine, but on the cusp of profitability.

And even without Gauzy film operations can be sold to another material science company.
