Hi El,

The US state of New Mexico is where the Delaware part of the Permian is. It is the least developed.

I have shares of PR Permian Resources a Permian pure play. PR has the top newest innovative drilling technology. Their claim to fame is the lowest cost per linear foot of fracing pipe. They have been leaders in 3-4 mile laterals and duel fuel energy at the drilling site (it combines natural gas (from the well) with diesel to produce the electricity required for drilling. It is estimated that every thousand hours of use, saves 1 million Dollars. Last year PR produced the 9th largest amount of energy with in the Permian. PR used to pay a variable dividend and last year started to pay a fixed 15 cents per quarter.

It has been a good year for ILF. I'm hoping I can hold a bit longer / get the December dividend.....
