I agree. It also gives Trump’s administration time to fine tune some tariffs as he did this week. Also gives the administration time to use other tariff avenues and rational to keep some or most of them. The Court realizes that Trump is doing this to help the country and the people and benefit the debt. They may decide against the way he did it, but they will allow some leeway to permit him to use and place the tariffs lawfully.
