On August 1, ICE arrested aggravated felon and illegal alien from Russia, Roman Antatolevich Surovtseva. Surovtseva has a final order of removal by an immigration judge from November 4, 2014.

His criminal history includes assault with a deadly weapon, multiple counts of burglary, multiple counts of carjacking, carjacking with a firearm, trespassing onto private property, multiple counts of taking a vehicle without owner consent, possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe, receiving stolen property, and multiple counts of conspiracy to commit a crime. He was a legal adult when he committed many of these felonies.
