I called Helen, on Friday, and was sent a packet which I rec'd on Monday. It did not contain the proxy however, I cast my vote for the same as Vic Klimpl's. She informed me that the proxies were all sent out, when I called Trowe, they said they would try to locate it but, I haven't heard from them since, likewise with Etardy and Fido. Why the three of them have not returned my packets and proxies to me is perplexing however, I did get a packet by making a simple telephone call. bg

David and all... re. packets and proxies I have holdings in NDB and Vanguard. I received my packet from NDB on Friday, FEB, 13!!!! So, it is curious as to what the problem is with your packet. I also know Roy's holdings are in NDB and he got his packet a few days later. I have NOT gotten ANYTHING from Vanguard. So, who knows what the problem is? I can't imagine it is the responsibility of FTEL's to keep track of the shareholders, I thought that is what a transfer agent was paid to do? Sorry you didn't get your stuff, but I don't think you should blame FTEL. Mitch
