Rosemary,

I have played JBIL both long and short and IMO you had better be careful. It is acting somewhat strange these days, low volatility and decreasing money flow into the stock. My analysis indicates serious caution on the long side to be warranted.

It's still trading at a pretty hefty multiple as are most stocks these days. However, with earnings around the corner, trouble could be brewing. (Look at Kent Electronics today for what I mean.)

Regards,
Dave

Hi Rosemary,

there has been recent filings for two insider sales of 50k out of 8Mil holding and another sale of 75k out of 13 Mil holding which were carried out in Jan. I don't think insiders will be allowed to sell during the quiet period before earnings (I think it is about 30 days.. please correct me about this if I am wrong) Looking at the past history of insider sales...they have the worst track record for picking peaks. If this is treated as any indication of future things to come out...it will be really rosy for the bulls of this stock. BTW, did the CEO say a sequential growth of 5 - 7% ? Does anyone know the major customers of JBIL ?

Thanks,

Suresh

PS: At present I have no position in JBIL but thinking of a straddle for earnings.

Was the CEO, but no big deal, he still has 14mm shares. Maybe he bought a new house/boat.
