Eric: So far Watley's system has been perfect. Albeit it takes some getting familiar with procedures, but this just takes some studying of their online manual. I don't see any need to upgrade beyond internet feed. I have been using their full service $300/mth package(level2,charts,alarms,order entry,customizable screens ,except reuters news feed). It takes 1-3 seconds to get confirmations back on orders entered/cancelled which is truly astonishing the first time you use it. I can tell you that the service truly lives up to the hype. The only limitation I have seen so far is the calculation of account equity which only happens overnight(although an updated system is supposedly on it's way) but this is a minor flaw.
