I don't tend to try to predict price of stock and when they will change. Once you assume one thing, the price does something else. I have not yet seen any analysis to try to arrive at earnings numbers. But, earnings from franchises should have high profit margin. Nevertheless, I hate to speculate at the present time. Analysis may come in the next few weeks. I will admit that my average cost is about 70% of the present value but I still think that the price at the present time is very good. I'd be surprised if it goes much lower but it could easily go a LOT higher. Later , Leroyt

Watch out for cheap stock over the next 2 weeks or so... Technically the stock will probably bounce off .31 a few times within that period, good time to bottom fish. MACD and RSI are relatively flat, stochastics showing some weakness, lower bollinger is around .31...

MIS earnings estimates: I have reviewed my numbers and analysis and would expect earnings (on an annual basis) for 1998 to be at least $0.05 and easily $0.10 discounting the effect of the wholesaling business. I looks to me like about 0.05 just from the Denver pretzel operation. Given all the work that has just been announced earnings could easily be higher than that. Please note that this is my opinion based upon information that I have gathered myself. It is my opinion. Be careful and do your own DD.
