Is that true? They used race to gerrymander instead of voting patterns?

Seems like a very particular distinction along which to draw the line. It's like you can draw these crazy-ass maps to disenfranchise political parties but not racial groups.

One thing is for sure. Republicans are st00pid. In ONE election, the Latino vote swings in favor of them, so what do they do? Act like they got a mandate to absolutely screw them up the butt.
