I view this as very positive for PTSC. Young blood that has business development experience. The connection to Scientific Atlanta could be of interest.

Regarding the chain of agreements which led to their acquiring ShBoom, if they aren't exactly sure about who may or may not owe who what or why, when and where that may or may not be then why don't they make sure and report back? That's quite troubling, second only to their penchant for printing shares. How can you be sure they won't dilute the tar out of your shares at the drop of a hat? If one knew for certain that their max liability for ShBoom to nanoBrain was only one or two million then one could be accounted for. As it stands, they appear to have left that an open question, or am I missing something?
