Humble thoughts: - At this time, There's: Reg S, Merger completion activity, "Several mom & pops desiring in" for WOTD to choose from, And "Geographical Spreading" hasn't even started yet. This company has the ability to grow on the merit of its concept alone as demonstrated by the desire of the mom & pops to become affiliated. Being behind closed doors, WOTD has already judged these to be desirable candidates; for they would not demonstrate how the system will function to just anybody. These companies were "invited". Consider the nature of the affiliation: And can you imagine payments for each acquisition being spread out to be justified by the extra revenue each will be bringing in. (...I can.) A key ingredient will be "effective", and "cost effective" Advertising. I'm sure they must be getting into this "heavy" soon. Is it hard for anyone to imagine that today's "several" (7 to 12) might easily become 100 within 18 months? And the "system" expanding more rapidly as it proves itself? The price of the stock may not follow logic as easily as it should while Reg S strives to acquire as much of the company as possible. But it is against their interest to destroy WOTD, because they would have nothing left for their investment. Though there should be undesirable results as they proceed to take advantage. Make future plans for cold purchases. Be prepared for the ridiculous if it comes. Enjoy the ride to hell and back. Don't let them shake you off. A final thought: It's good there are people like "Milk" on this thread. Dave
