Bill, the Supreme Court still hasn't ruled on the lawfulness of Trump using the old Alien Enemies Act, as litigants can still file suit on an individual level challenging the lawfulness of their own deportations. All the Supreme Court did was give Trump more time to be an authoritarian monarch while the overall case slowly makes its way up. Why don’t you just give up? Because I got you claiming that judges that don't rule your way aren't real judges, and that a bumbling DEI hire is an eXcElLeNt aPpOiNtMeNt. I also have you on record essentially claiming that Trump is an electoral monarch.
