Leaving aside the tariffs' situation: At macro level is this: As incomes rise, people move from tea to coffee in Asia. They have been bidding up the coffee and this trend will continue.

Production of coffee is not like Soybeans and Corn crops that can quickly react to the market.
  • You plant coffee
  • Wait five years for the first harvest and
  • Produce for the next 30-35 years.

The coffee trees that are 35 years old ned to be uprooted and the cycle restarts
