"In a press release Wednesday, Country Star said it also agreed to
restructure $3 million of long-term debt held by Cameron Capital Ltd. by paying Cameron $1.3 million in cash and 670,000 common shares."

$1.3 Million in cash leaves $1.7 Million in debt, to be paid off with 670,000 shares of stock. In order to break even, the stock has to reach more than $2.50 a share. Am I right on this, or am I up too late again? 8^)
