What specifics are needed? I mean, obeying an illegal order puts the troops in legal jeopardy. That is the only specific that should be needed.

Several military lawyers (active and retired) were on WLS this morning discussing this and they universally hoped no soldier/sailor or anybody from the military would decide on their own, or from the fakenews, what was "an illegal order". In fact, it is written that they MUST refuse an illegal order. If they decide on their own that President Trump is wrong WITHOUT LEGAL EVIDENCE, they could be in a world of trouble. They emphasized "could be" and that the burden of proof would be upon them to provide. None of the lawyers thought that any of the Dems saying this would ever come to their defense. So you are 100% correct is saying that they are egging on some people, just like many people and authorities believe that some Dems egged on nutjobs to shoot Trump and Kirk with the hitler and fascist labels.
