You mean the lawsuit by the law firm that filed a lawsuit on any large stock drop? There is no lawsuit until they find a lead plaintiff that's dumb enough to sign up for it. You do know how those end! They are dismissed or the lawyers pocket money while the company admits nothing. Shareholders usually get a penny on a dollar and the companies continue. Basically it's irrelevant so why even mention it unless your only purpose is to pour gasoline on a fire.
