RTEL / PNF: Have been following PNF since LastShadow's recent posts. Looks like its bottoming nicely, with some risk. Could be ready for a nice move up. RTEL clunked at $8 several weeks ago on an earnings warning, then recoiled to nearly $10. Over the last 5 days or so it has moved back and settled at $8+7/8, seeming to form a new base from which (I think) to rise again.
