"Ok, let's step back from the financials, chief. "

Rather condescending for such the young chap that you are, son.

"They want to hide their financials so they can surprise the hell out of their competition!"

That is not how publicly-traded companies operate, son. They owe it to their shareholders to disclose their financial health without regard to the competitive aspects of full-disclosure.

"Softbank Interactive Marketing, people. Say it with me now! SOFTBANK INTERACTIVE MARKETING! I don't know how people can sit there and tell me this is a scam stock after I utter those three words! 39 million dollars in revenues last year."

As the great President Ronald Reagan said in his debate with Walter Mondale, "there you go again".

Son, there is more to a company than just annual sales. Have you thought to consider such things as margins, management, balance sheet, PROFITS!!!

Granted, many of the internet-related high-flyers are trading at sky-high multiples, many have no earnings. But to acclaim NETZ as the next coming without any substantive financial information other than sales and numerous press releases mentioning DCLK (which in and of itself raises a red-flag) could place your financial health in danger.

Regards,
DD
