Right now, there are two things which could happen to IMES:

1) Someone will buy out the intellectual property rights for next to nothing

or

2) The stock price will go to $0 and you will never hear from them again

In either case, if you still own IMES stock and hope to ever get any of your money back, forget it. The company hoped to deliver a product which never materialized. Their technical expertise wasn't up to the task. Any market opportunity they once had is gone for good. There were never any guarantees, read the SEC documents, every one was littered with disclaimers. If you don't like what is happening now, then stay away from penny stocks in the future.

There is no conspiracy. Big talk about a class action lawsuit is silly. The patents are not worth anything. The share price is a true indication of the real value of IMES technology. I refuse to believe all this was caused by a management problem, other than management having too much faith in their technical staff. Let's face it, either you can make a chip or you cannot make a chip. IMES could not make a chip.

Gary,

Count me in too! I hope we don't have to get into this lawsuit thing unless it's absolutely necessary. I still have confidence in the company because of someone like Frank. However, if Mr Hoevel and the rest of the company management keep screwing us like that, so let it be. Conspiracy or not, the company is in total negligence and with the false information presented by the IR guy on this thread, I think we have a case here.

All:

I totally agree with Gary. I think we must all assume the worst and begin to gather our resources. We may very well get nothing from this
action but hopefully we can cause a lot of pain. If there are truly contracts signed, these companies need to realize that we as investors will try to stall business as long as possible. On this end we are in the process of apprising the SEC of the investor suspicions in regard to stock manipulation.
