Jeff,
agree completely. Greenlaw will likely resign. I also had the impression that Pino is a intelligent man. My impression remains after hearing the conference call.
He took no questions, but, if I am not mistaken with my memory, even Applied Materials or US Robotics have in the past avoided questions in some conference calls.
He sounded concerned, but not lost. He sounded determined to act quickly and decisively.
Time will tell.
Again, if they continue to ship products to the various Bay etc, we are ok. This is the key question.
ciao Alfredo

Unfortunately I've owned some other companies which had financial irregularities. Sigh. I'm guessing that the stock will open down significantly [20%, 30%, 50%??]. This could be an isolated case of incompetence or part of a larger fraudulent pattern. Let's hope it's the former in which case the stock will recover quickly. If the latter, it will be a long haul with even the survival of the company questionable.

This also shows the value of diversification. One never knows what will happen on any particular stock.
