As much as everyone hates E*Trade, I have found them very good for trading BB stocks. $19.95 for any amount.

The only problem is they do not accept orders on-line for non-fraction amounts of small penny trades, i.e. 2 cents, 4 cents; they must be in units of 8ths, 16ths etc. You may however call in your order, and if you tell them to place a limit at a decimal price since their system won't accept decimals, the additional $20 "live broker" fee will be waived.

i have no problem with fidelity, but you must use fractions on a
limit order--until the system gets changed to allow decimal entries. 14.95 is the going commission under 1000sh--listed or otherwise. hope this helps. cheers.redbaron.

Bushpilot, you may want to start with posts around #4750. That is where we covered discount brokers.
