Regarding my earlier post about WDC's remaining stake in SNDK and filing requirements:

There has been no filing from WDC. I believe that means that they sold little or none of their shares and are still a 5% owner.

On one hand that is a little ominous because (assuming that they have not changed the plan to sell it all by Feb 21) there will be a degree of selling pressure in the next 2+ months. On the other hand it suggests they have a high degree of confidence in a higher price during that period. They might not have a really good crystal ball regarding NAND prices, but they should have a really good understanding of the HDD market and what that might imply for SSDs and NAND.
