MH, No question that performance based shares are nice and Joe Murphy has proven that method as successful. I though Joe M was indicating that $1 specifically had special meaning. Of course with ANY drop in our price, we have to pay more in performance based shares. Please don't confuse my position like some of the others have, I would have preferred to let the price drop(since we KNOW there are big sellers), put some M & A on hold for a few months and buyback the shares at EVEN LOWER prices and get truly the most leverage of our shares.
