Short answer: He is. 1) Ukraine is dOmBiNg bOmBaSs and killing innocent RuZZian-speaking "civilians" by the thousands. 2) Those oh-so-nefarious NATO "globalists" are expanding toward RuZZia, thereby breaking promises that absolutely positively existed. 3) Ukraine is full of nAzIs. PooTin keeps saying so, so it must be true. 4) If PooTin doesn't take over Kyiv and send a strong message to the West, the RuZZian empire will literally collapse. Therefore it is completely understandable that RuZZia is fighting for its own "survival." What's really sad is that I don't think Broken Cuck is being paid one cent for spreading RuZZian disinformation.
