CBS'news' is a captured organization. Snap is good for Americans as long as it sells processed foods that are heavy in seed oils, sugar, filler starches, and an array of additives that will kill a cow. BUT allowing Americans to use snap to buy fish oils, vitamin D, Iodine, magnesium, and other important minerals and vitamins stripped from modern processed foods is considered a 'free ride' on sacred government theft. I've seen too many people in this country die from being force-fed the modern slop called food. Too many people watch their blood sugar as regularly as they get their A1C checked. Every six months at best, more likely infrequently every year. More than enough time to go from low prediabetic to full blown diabetes needing insulin. CBS staff is too good do good to bother to publicly understand the situation. Though I can almost guarantee that the authors of this article buy supplements and use them regularly. They just realize that they MUST advocate the screwing of the American Public to continue on the gravy train. Its authorized manslaughter. Its OK to replace Iodine with Bromine in your flour because its cheaper to manufacture. The health effects of that change has never been studied. It just happened. But its not OK to advocate the regular supplementing with Iodine. If you read this thread you need to understand that you can step out and help your friends and relatives think about what they are doing to themselves. Even if you are labeled and Ass. They may not listen to you, but you will have given it a good try, or tries, and you can attend their funeral with a lessor sense of guilt. We may have lived together, but it is very obvious that we are not dying together. And on of the major demarcations is the quantity and quality of the foods we eat. RFK may not be fully correct, but he understands, and I believe he will give it his best, and when he is forced out he will be able to say ' I tried to help Americans, by stopping these mass hysterical poisonings.
