Steve,

I don't remember exactly what context Mr. Murphy mentioned the 300,000 in. I believe it was a number that a known seller had out to market. My numbers are based on Jumpin Joe's post(reminder) of the terms of the CCHI deal. I am assuming that we need to account for all 8 million shares.

I hope this clarifies things a bit.

Steve, I don't personally think we have anywhere near that number of shares to be absorbed. For one thing, it appears to me that the selling probably started all of the way back in Oct., so a lot more shares would have been soaked up. Then, of the total shares involved in the CC deal, a portion of them are performance based and have not even been earned. Then add to this the fact that there are restrictions on selling a portion of them, and the number is even smaller. Just don't ask me what the actual number is cause I don't know. With respect to the improvement we have seen in the TL over time, I am beginning to believe that we may be over the hump. We shall see...
