continue... It looks as if the total possible shares at .20 could be 7 million. That is if all the .20 options are exercised. We know that if they are , they are staggered as to when they can hit the street. All the way out until 11/98. Original issue of 494,000 shares to CC shareholders. Also warrants to purchase 742,000 shares at $4, which we assume not to be exercised. My last post stated just over 2 million exercised so far but that is probably higher now. Not knowing the exact lockup agreement on these shares makes it next to impossible to know how many shares we have in the overhang at any point in time. I will endeavor to find out how these shares are staggered. Bruce
