Well, as the market is telling you, you are assuming the wrong cycle now if you feel caution is warranted on the long side. I still say that the PE being below it's growth rate is not the time to use the word "hefty" to describe it's PE. This is 1998, not 1974. FY98 is over in 6 months. If they make their numbers, the trailing PE in October will be 28.3 at a price of 60, forward PE will be 22 for 99. Growth rate is projected at 30% according to Sansone. Anything can happen to the overall market between now and then, but as long as the PE is below it's growth rate, the word "hefty" to describe it's current PE is overblown IMO at the present time. Trailing PE will be 25 if they make numbers in 3 weeks. Looking for 60 by then if the market holds steady.
