You are going off the rails today, Bill. The GOP is the party of fiscally irresponsibility. You cannot solve a problem by making things demonstrably worse. The "expiring" tax cuts enacted under President Trump in 2017 are being made permanent, at a cost of $3.8 trillion over the next decade. Then there are additional tax cuts Trump wants that’ll cost the Treasury another $441 billion, bringing the 10-year tax cut price tag up to $4.2 trillion.
