i hear from good sources that the company will release partial audits and will announce .11 cents earnings and i hear some major investors are going in so we will see were the price goes

The buyback announcement was fact... just like FAMH's today is fact. Like FAMH, they can announce a buyback then fail to purchase any shares.

Sorry, but in my experience, stocks go up and down for more than one reason. I merely pointed out that a stock buyback announcement won't likely have any more effect on FAMH than it had on DCTC.

At least DCTC gets audited. Who knows if FAMH is really making any money or not?

I don't know enough about DCTC to surmise if the earnings release was disappointing or not. Perhaps they were expected to lose a lot of money.

But it's easy to see that the "buyback" plan didn't change the stock price much in either direction.
