I don't want to clutter the horology board with off-topic replies to you, so will answer here... You said, "Did you ever put a chain on your Yale lock clock and start wearing it around your neck? And did that boost your confidence and self-esteem? At the very least wearing it must have strengthened your neck muscles that might be useful in other hobbies of yours. :-)" I didn't. Sorry to disappoint. I did purchase a Tonal 2 that I use for exercise on a regular schedule, though. It's awesome. I highly recommend it.
