They are spending even more billions. Ol' Bonesaw is trying to build a post-oil future for Saudi Arabia. That project is only one of many, not all of which involve artificial islands in the Red Sea. Or that creepy, security state nightmare, The Line. Which is why they have been pumping oil like there is no tomorrow.
