What is wrong with a company making $39 Million?

Nothing, assumption is all the revenue is moving over with softbank. No mention of profitability.

That's what I would expect from a company that has the blue ribbon clientel, as announced the other day in a press release.

They've listed other clientel as either theirs, or testing their software. When called, these companies did know what they were talking about. Look back in the old board.

That's what I would expect from a company that announced to the world that they are working to retain an Investment Banker.

All the announcements appear to have one purpose, to get the stock price up. Someone suggested this is a good thing for shareholders, but most folks know that doesn't bode well at all. Unless the recent releases are backed up with something substantial, price won't stay up. I have to say I don't think it's a scam company, but the PR/IR firm is probably driving all of this for what end, I don't know.

Reminds me of a company I was in, Mednet(MMRX), big clients, big revenue projections, hired DLJ, etc. All lies or mis-representations. Hope it's not the case here! Good luck.
