Thank you all for your compassion and kind comments. Doug had some great suggestions for disseminating the information we have available to us. Doctor's offices (especially gynecologists) and government representatives are places to contact, as well as the media. Last week Extra! (forget which network) ran a small segment on the cruelty at the PMU farms, as well as the fate of the "waste" products of the whole sordid process - the foals. We need to contact the major TV networks and push to get them to send their undercover reporting teams for CBSs 60 minutes, NBCs Dateline and ABCs Primetime Live and 20/20 out to investigate and do segments on this international disgrace (the farms are in US AND Canada, don't know about overseas). I'll be tracking down addresses and contact names and will post as available. Best regards, Georgina
