Hi Crossy,

DIGI is run by a management more interested in lining up their pockets than running the company. Mgt does not own much stock. To make money with DIGI follow the insiders. Last year they sold above 25 and bot below 15. Turn around has been going on for over a year. They have neither niche products or any advantage in competing with the top 5 telecom manufacturers. DIGI used to have a lock on MCI's business, that's history now. IMO the stock will trade between 15-30 for the next year or two. Earnings projection are not very reliable. I used to own this and will be a buyer again if it comes down to 15 level.

Best wishes and good investing.

Jyoti
