He said the vote to accept CEO Elon Musk’s $1 trillion compensation plan means investors should expect to get diluted further — meaning that that these additional shares water down their ownership of the company.
Investors have evaluated this arithmetic and found that if the shares are diluted by a trillion dollars it is a result of their stock's value having increased massively so it does seem like an entirely sensible decision.

Of course, Tesla remains a high-risk investment, but great risk dictates great returns.

I invite Mr. "Big Short" to take a nice short position in Tesla and join Bill Gates watching his own money melt.
