nothing official but we of the guild here in HK suspect that the XYZ Bank HQ (where gold coins available) has put each of us of the guild on ration at 10 new coins per day because whereas each of us can buy up to 10 new coins per day, none can buy more, but each day a new un-lock happens making another 10 new coins available to each when queried the bank's gold desk smiles but say nothing there might be trouble going forward because the guild is peeved
