I lived through the 70's where drug use, mostly weed was very common, I went on a drug deal with a good friend, a very small amount. I knew drug pushers but not for hard drugs, I never saw heroin or cocaine being used at parties My good friend tried everything and another friend and I came close to beating the crap out a pusher who supplied him with hard drugs. It was different times, nobody I knew died from a drug overdose.
