I guess I was lucky to have been born to what you call "uneducated simpletons" because I'm well into my sixties, have had no serious illnesses in my life, have no chronic conditions, and don't even use painkillers, let alone have any prescription drug addictions like most Canadians over fifty. Vaccines only maim and kill and destroy the immune system through a misguided belief that bypassing the body's well honed systems developed over hundreds of thousands of years is a good idea. You should get that cough looked at, probably Covid since you've increased your chances of getting it seven times.
