I am inclined to agree since this is not an announcement with short term earnings significance and I for one on this thread think the company will fall short of Street estimates this quarter, which keep coming down. Can it close the gap at $39 on the news?

T.M. For your sake, I hope so!... But I notice that DPMI has this nasty little tendency to blast well ahead of that little old red line, and then sort of hang around waiting for it to catch up again...
