Xray, EUV, Scalpel, anyone in ebeam direct write. BTW, friends in the industry are amazed at the mileage this normal technical extension has created in the media. Phase shift has been around for some time. Decreasing wavelength is also normal extension. DPMI and UT just got bragging rights to be first to combine 193nm with strong PSM. Apparently this media event was considered to be quite humorous at the recent SPIE conference which showed many ways that optical lithography will be extended. TI2
