Mornin Marcos, I too believe in the possibility of a negotiations may be in the background are the reasons for the delay. My convictions of a ruling in favor of KRY are not 100%, but they are about as close to it as you can get. Your lack of conviction leads me to ask if you are on Roy's mail list? I have been on it since June of last year and I don't think there is anyone closer to this then he, saving MO, Fung and crew. Besides Roy's own convictions, he has provided a deluge of factual information which to me, is very convincing. Late comers who are still wrestling with the size and supposed influence of PDG and their spin doctors plus the misguided and incomplete print from some of the news sources understandably would leave some doubt. For me there is little or none.
