The Fed has a problem in that inflation is high and job creation is low. It's something we've really not had for 50-years.

We have a unique situation in that rather than new jobs being created in new fields, many of the jobs that are lost may not be replaced.

How does the Fed respond? They're cutting rates, and they may re-start QE. It's the QE that will jump-start the equity market, IMO. Lower interest rates may not help much if T-Bill rates head in the opposite direction.
