Since most of you do not do this for a living I thought that I would let you know just what happened today as I saw it happen. There were many large blocks that were bought up today (250,000+/-) They went as high as .052 cents per share. Some are asking how can this be when todays high was only .045? Well I'll tell you, when a large order or block comes in it is usually filled with a lot of smaller fills and they could range anywhere from .038 to .052 but the average price works out to be only .045 per share. So I will repeat myself! Some shares were sold at .052 today but they were averaged in with the lower priced shares that the MM's included to .045. Nice little trick that they do to make you think that the price is going down when it really isn't.

Now here is the kicker, a little after 2pm a very large (2 million shares) buy order came in and at that point the MM's stopped taking in anymore buy orders. It took them almost 2 hours to fill the order and they were only able to fill it with small sell orders as they came in. Now, they are either out of inventory or the are holding on to what they have. Take your pick, it does not matter. Either way this stock is going to move. If the MM's get their way and get people to believe that the stock is going down they will scare people into selling! That alone will drive the price down and they can fill their shorts. If they can't fill their shorts than they will be forced to drive the stock price up so that they can buy back the needed shares plus buying more on the way up keeping the price up so that they can re-coop their losses.

Now if it makes you feel any better! Right after the bell rang 7,600 shares were sold at .038 and 16 min. later 25,000 shares were sold at .039

And yes, I am still holding my ADGI stock but like I had told you in my last post if you are looking to get out, get out slowly (Please, do not dump)so that you do not give the MM's a reason to drop the price.
