Eric and All,

I started this thread last fall as at that time AVAL was bidding for
a major pharmacutical magazine for millions of dollars and a group
from Kuwait low bid AVAL by 2 million and got the deal because they
had cold cash and AVAL still had to raise the money and felt positive
they could be needed at least 60 days to do it. This acquisition they
are currently didn't actually start until Oct-Nov and they felt also
that they could arrange financing in 6 to 8 weeks minimum and knew that some deals take up to 6 months to finalize. Anyway everything is
looking very positive for the loan and I fully expect it to get to the
stages where it can be released soon but I can't say when but also feel a week to two is realistic if not sooner. Bernard is man of accomplishments and believe me when he needs to put in extra hours to
move AVAL forward he does that. Some of us here have received emails
from Bernard at 4:00 AM as this guy is not working bankers hours. Like
Eric said this is a good time to pick up some more cheap stock by bidding for it as the mm's are just trying to steal paper right now with this ridiculous spread. I will be heavily promoting AVAL in Chicago this weekend to some of my business clients which include some
doctors and nurses. I think that the company is starting to get more
calls from our promoting so nice work everyone.
